Born in England and currently based in NYC, Ryan Widd is a fearless, young, musical theatre actor and vocalist whose most recent roles include Juan in “Yerma”, Pirate King in “Pirates of Penzance”, Nicely Nicely Johnson in “Guys and Dolls” and Agamemnon in “Blood Guilt: Orestes on Trial”. Ryan holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Tampa.
When he is not on the stage or in the audience, Ryan is often helping behind the scenes using his training and experience in lighting design, rigging, video engineering, carpentry and basic audio mixing.
Ryan’s avid passion for theatre was born from the impact that the stage had on him as a young boy. He hopes to inspire others through his craft and through his storytelling.
